Camps include 1-3 days of riding, workouts targeted towards your goals, personalized routes, and form-targeted pointers and activities.

$150 for a half day skill session* with Coach Isaiah, who is a certified skills instructor.
Clinic will include 1x1 direction and custom skill exercises focused on either road or gravel. Skills may include cornering, climbing, pace-lining, descending, and many more.

$200 - Individual lactate test to set lactate thresholds (LT1/LT2). Test includes post test analysis and guidance towards application of this information in your training.
Testing done using a lactate meter and Wahoo KICKR Core smart trainer.
